The people carrying the founding work

Lasting change is not just behavioural; it is perceptual. Truly sustainable change requires a shift in how people see themselves and collective patterns—not as isolated individuals and occurrences, but as interdependent participants in a shared living system. Cultivating that shift is part of what we do.

We work at every level—with individuals, communities, organisations, and institutions—to understand what genuine partnership requires and to build the social infrastructure that makes it possible.

CoCreate Earth grew from Yuri and Amanda's long inquiry into why collaboration so often falls short of its intention, and what kinds of environments might allow people, institutions, technologies, and places to learn differently together. They share the conviction that procedures alone are insufficient. They also bring different but complementary centres of attention.

Yuri's work centres on whole-system dynamics, collective intelligence, decentralised coordination, knowledge architecture, and human–AI co-evolution. He is especially concerned with how complex initiatives retain meaning, evidence, memory, and coherence without collapsing into centralised control—and how emerging intelligence changes the conditions under which humans collaborate and evolve.

Amanda's work centres on the lived and material conditions of collaboration: relationship, embodiment, accessibility, place, everyday responsibility, and the steps through which an ambitious vision becomes inhabitable and real. She is especially concerned with whether language, programmes, and environments can actually be understood, entered, and sustained by the people they are meant to serve.

The founders do not always begin from the same perspective. Their task is not to eliminate plurality, allow whichever perspective is strongest in the moment to define the whole, or postpone decisions until every tension disappears. It is to identify shared purpose, preserve meaningful differences, test interpretations in practice, and make decisions that remain visible and revisable.

CoCreate Earth must be able to do internally what it proposes to support externally.

Personal trust and founding conviction matter. They are not substitutes for institutional integrity. The Foundation is strengthening governance, decision rights, financial administration, safeguarding, complaints, data stewardship, contributor rights, programme agreements, and cross-border readiness.

The long-term aim is an initiative whose purpose, knowledge, and public value can travel beyond two founders, one property, or one method.
